1. What am I getting when I order?⌄
You will receive a "set." A set consists of 10 vials, each with your selected mg. For example, if you order Tirz 30x10, you will receive 10 vials, each containing 30mg of Tirzepatide.
2. What form will my peptides arrive in?⌄
Your peptides will arrive in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. Before use, the powder must be reconstituted with: Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) containing 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol.
At first, the process may seem intimidating, but most people quickly realize how simple it is after watching the provided guides and videos.
3. Where do I buy Bacteriostatic Water?⌄
We recommend Hospira Bacteriostatic Water as the preferred option because it is widely used in hospitals and medical facilities.
Important: For Tirzepatide, you may also use Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride. However:

Independent testing has shown that BAC water remains stable for use for up to 120 days after puncture when properly stored.
For most states, these supplies can be purchased through Amazon or through online medical supply retailers. You can purchase pre-made reconstitution kits through Peptide Test and other recommended retailers, below.
Filtering helps improve sterility and safety. Although we are highly confident in the quality of our peptides, we still recommend filtering out of an abundance of caution. Filtering is inexpensive, quick, simple, and an excellent additional safeguard.
Powder Form: For maximum shelf life, store lyophilized (powder form) peptides in the freezer.
After Reconstitution: Once mixed into liquid form, store ONLY in the refrigerator.
We recommend reconstituting only the vials you currently plan to use.
11. How long are my peptides good for?⌄
Powder Form: Independent testing has shown that peptides stored in powder form in the freezer remain stable for many years. Powdered peptides are generally stable at room temperature for approximately 1 year.
Reconstituted Peptides: Reconstituted peptides are commonly recommended for use within 28 days when refrigerated. HOWEVER, proper aseptic technique may help safely extend usability.
Helpful aseptic practices include:
Wiping the vial stopper before each use
Filtering the solution
Using Hospira BAC water
Maintaining proper refrigeration
Using these practices, testing has shown:
Tirzepatide remains stable for up to 90 days
Retatrutide remains stable for up to 45 days
Important Safety Information: Always inspect your vial before each use. Discard immediately if the solution appears cloudy, develops gel-like particulates, or changes unexpectedly in appearance, as these may indicate bacterial contamination, peptide aggregation, or instability.
